I’ve been repairing garages for about 15 years and take pride in making sure that customers are happy with the work at affordable prices. We will happily do a free on-site estimate within most parts of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
Our workload deals with mainly residential issues on a daily basis, but our experience has us out on calls for commercial problems as well. Especially if time is of the essence, we can be rolling quickly so you can get back to business and not worry about losing time and money. Either I or one of my staff will be in contact with you to start the troubleshooting process and get the ball rolling on repair or replacement.
One of our biggest points of pride is the relationships that grow from our fast service and replacement times. We use traditional ways of promoting our business across two states, but when someone trusts us enough to tell a family member or friend about us - it's truly flattering.

Yesterday my 20 year old garage door broke. I called Koehlinger. Phil was at my house in about 20 minutes. He took the time to show me my options and I was able to get an installation appointment for the next day. Phil was kind and helpful.
Enter Tom, I couldn’t be home during the installation but Tom was fine with that and rocked the installation. When I popped home to get him the payment balance he took the time to show me all the work he had done and demonstrated the maintenance I would need to do for the new door setup. You could tell he truly cared and respected his work. Left the worksite very clean!
